The Experience

You and a friend will join a raft with an instructor for serious adrenaline pumping action after you had a full safety briefing and transported to the start of the course. All safety equipment and tuition is included.

Vital Information

Minimum age is 16 years old, maximum chest girth is 60'', maximum weight is 16 stone and you need to be confident in the water with a buoyancy aid.
For safety reasons the centre reserves the right to test your fitness. Please advise us in advance of any disabilities.
We will advise you to contact the centre a few days before your booked date, if appropriate, to double-check water levels. You may be expected to jump from the raft into still practice waters as part of your initial training session.
