An amazing adventure in Lisbon - Portugal with all the best experiences around the city. In this event you will taste great gastronomy by some of the best Portuguese chefs, and visit Lisbon by land, river and air.
This complete tour and incentive travel trip is programed to make sure all the guests will love this city and Portuguese's culture.
The program
First day
TRANSFER, WELCOME DRINK AND DINNER.
- Upon arrival at the airport in Lisbon, our guide will meet you and accompany you to the Oitavos, a 5 star hotel in Cascais, the most VIP area of Lisbon.
- You will be accommodated at The Oitavos SPA Hotel, located on the coastline, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, and on the fringe of the Sintra National Park, only 5 minutes from the town of Cascais and the famous Guincho beach. The Oitavos is the perfect place from which to enjoy your authentic Portuguese adventure.
- On the arrival at the hotel you will enjoy a champagne welcome drink at the beautiful and peaceful Hotel's Terrace, where you can rest after the travel, with an amazing and relaxing view over the Atlantic sea and the immense Golf course of Lisbon.
- From here you'll check into your 5 star hotel double and twin rooms and perhaps some time for the fitness centre before dinner.
- In the evening, the dinner is served at the hotel's restaurant. Different menus from the Chef Cyrill Devilliers are available, including vegetarian menu, composed by entrance, main dish, dessert and drinks.
Second day
ROUND TABLE MEETING FOR THE STAFF, GOLF CLINIC FOR THE GUESTS, LUNCH, MASTER COMMAND AND DINNER.
- After breakfast the group divides. The Staff will get together in a round table meeting room with projector, screen and sound system. The guests will have a golf session with 2 professionals. No experience is needed and all the material is included!
- Our guide will take the group to the restaurant Café de Lisboa in Chiado for a 3 course meal by the international renowned chef Avellez.
- After the lunch you will enjoy the "Master Command" activity to explore the city center in a very funny way.
- The Master Commander, a sometimes sinister character, others a really nice entity with a mission for you: go through all of the challenges he wants you to face… with distinction! A tablet will allow you to communicate with him after each completed mission and receive new instructions at all times during the activity. Fortunately for you, he has the best ideas ever, with incredible challenges, extravagant activities and even ride Segways, GoCars and eletric bikes by Lisbon historical city center.
- Our guide will escort you among the Lisbon most famous streets to Bairro Alto, an important historical place. Here you will live one of the most popular Portuguese cultural experiences, a delicious dinner followed by Fado live concerts. The restaurant "O Faia" and its chef Carlos Abreu welcome you to a delicious dinner with a portuguese gastronomic menu. The dinner is composed with an aperitif, couvert, starter, fish dish, meat dish, dessert and drinks. After dinner, enjoy the emotional Fado with four different singers.
- At the end of the dinner our guide will take you back to the Hotel.
Third Day
CATAMARAN IN TEJO'S RIVER, DOLPHIN'S WATCHING, LUNCH ON BOARD, HELICOPTER FLIGHT AND DINNER
- Take part in an adventure in Tejo's River. This is a singular four hours trip in a luxurious Catamaran with privileged views over Lisbon and dolphins watching. The lunch is served on board (different options are available) composed by snacks (choose 4), salads (choose 4), soup (choose 1), colds (choose 3), hots (choose 1), desserts and fruits (choose 4), drinks and open bar during all the experience are included.
- The Catamaran arrives to Algés Port where 3 helicopters are waiting you for a flight over Lisbon.
PLEASE NOTE: The helicopter tour is weather dependant and sightings are not guaranteed.
- In the evening, the dinner is served at the hotel's restaurant. Different menus from the Chef Cyrill Devilliers are available, including vegetarian menu, composed by entrance, main dish, dessert and drinks.
Fourth Day
- Free time to rest and enjoy Portuguese's sun at the hotel's pool or perhaps a spa treatment at the Hotel (treatments not included).
- The lunch is served at the hotel's restaurant. Different menus from the Chef Cyrill Devilliers are available, including vegetarian menu, composed by entrance, main dish, dessert and drinks.
- At the end of the day, the restaurant Verbasco located at the Clubhouse of the Oitavos Dunes golf course, boasts an exceptional setting surrounded by umbrella pine trees and scenic views of the Atlantic Ocean is reserved for a private and memorable Black Tie gala Dinner. The event starts in the huge Terrace with view over the sea with a 1 hour starter Cocktail. A renowned magician will enliven the guests with a close-up magic show. His unbelievable magic tricks using your company's logo will let the guests totally stunned.
- The dinner takes place in the restaurant room with a pleasent background music.
- The "Jukeboxers" will animate the event with a tribut to the 50's, 60's and 70's live concert with the best Rock'n Roll, Twist and other glorious classic hits. The "Jukeboxers" are 4 talented musicians (1 saxophonist, 1 guitarist/vocalist, 1 pianist and 1 drummer) that will bring you to a musical time travel, interacting with the public in a two hours and half breathtaking music show.
- 3 hours open bar is included.
Fifth Day
- Departure Transfer to Lisbon international Airport.
Vital Information
Please note that whilst this experience is named as Dolphin's Watching in Tejo's River, regrettably sightings of dolphins cannot be guaranteed as you will be in their natural environment. Usually dolphins appear in the 85% of the cases.
The transfers to the airport and to the hotel are included in the price as well as the meals.
The package is made up of single activities. Once you choose the package, you will receive all the details about the hotel, etc. Should something about the package be changed for reasons not referable to Golden Moments, it will not be possible to get a refund but we will try to replace your chosen experience with another one.
The weather
The weather conditions may affect certain excursions during your experience. It is not possible to get a refund due to extreme weather conditions.
Session Length
The experience will last five days and four nights.
Numbers
The price mentioned above is for twenty eight people, based on two sharing either a twin or double room.
What To Wear
It is advisable to wear comfortable clothes. Please remember the experience is exposed to the elements. Sun protector, hats and sun glassers are also advised.

The experience is available from the end of April to the end of September.
