You’ll watch the transition while sitting on the edge of the canyon.Your “backstage pass” to a fully narrated adventure featuring Yavapai Point, historic Grand Canyon Village and a hike at Hermits Rest. Your first stop will be Yavapai Point, which offers the largest geological exposure of rock layers. The rim to river views are spectacular, as are views of Phantom Ranch, South Kaibab and Bright Angel Trails. El Tovar, Hopi House, and the historic Grand Canyon Village are the next stop. The drive to Hermits Rest is the most scenic view of the Grand Canyon. Our expert guides will take guests down below the rim to view authentic fossil beds along the way. On your hike, you’ll be able to view the Hermit Rapids from the rim as well as landmarks in the canyon, including the former Hermit Camp. Then it’s back to Hermits Rest gift shop for souvenirs, snacks and water. The Imax movie 'The Hidden Secrets' is included after your tour.
