Arrival and Introduction:
Start your day at 9:45 am with coffee or tea as you watch a short demonstration and review the day’s recipes. This session will set the stage for your culinary adventure.
Morning Session:
Begin your practical cooking experience by preparing dishes suitable for lunch. Enjoy your creations with a glass of wine, making for a delightful and interactive midday meal.
Afternoon Session:
Continue cooking in the afternoon, preparing additional dishes to take home and enjoy later.

Our one-day workshops and short courses are designed for individuals aged 16 and above. Children aged 14 or 15 may attend if accompanied by an adult over 18.
Your Thai Cookery Class in Edinburgh is not weather dependent.
The school opens at 9:30 am, with the class starting promptly at 9:45 am. The session typically concludes by 3:30 pm, although it may end earlier depending on the course and class size.
You can enjoy this experience on your own or in groups up to 4 persons.
Wear what you feel comfortable in, it is possible you may make some mess though.
