If you want to see the Statue of Liberty but you aren’t interested in getting up early to catch the first boat over to Liberty Island, this relaxed afternoon visit is for you. From up here, it’s not hard to see how this statue became a beacon of hope for so many people.After the pedestal, you’ll board the ferry again and be back in Battery Park by 4.00pm.
