Learn to make a French classic chosen by your host, from tarte Tatin (upside-down caramelized apple tart) to molten chocolate fondant to addictive madeleines. Put on an apron and prepare to measure, mix, boil and bake under the expert eyes of a local chef. And when the oven timer goes off, taste your delicacies with a cup of coffee or tea.
