Departure and Return: Trips depart from and return to Tower Pier, with Embankment Pier available on select dates.
Duration: The experience lasts 60 minutes, comprising 25 minutes of guided commentary and 35 minutes of high-speed adventure.
Audio Experience: A stereo system is onboard to enhance the experience with James Bond music and other tunes.
Souvenirs: A range of souvenirs including photos, keyrings, caps, and neck tubes are available for purchase.
Age and Supervision: Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

The Ultimate Spy Experience operates in all weathers and you will be provided with full waterproof clothing to keep you as dry as possible.
