The Chocoholic is a two-hour workshop in London or Manchester designed for chocolate lovers to enjoy together. While it’s a group setting, you and your companion will share the experience of creating delicious treats side by side.
Led by friendly and knowledgeable chocolatiers, you’ll begin by making fresh cream truffles using dark chocolate ganache. Dip your creations into melted chocolate and decorate them with toppings like honeycomb and sea salt. Next, you’ll craft chocolate bark, exploring marbling and decorative techniques to add a personal touch to your treats.
